As the PLM, I lead a factory on-site team that piloted a first-of-its-kind program at our nearshore factory partner in Mexico. The goal: set the standard for how our team creates product on a condensed timeline (100 days). The North America consumer expects brands to continue to adapt and innovate based on their needs. This program allows Nike to meet the consumer where they are and capture emerging trends that they are gravitating towards every season. Below are examples of graphic tees that were designed, developed, and put in approval status in just 11 days.
