During my four years in the Sigma Nu Fraternity at the University of Oregon, we collectively raised over $80,000 that went directly to the Movember foundation, a group dedicated to solving men's health issues of testicular & prostate cancer research as well as suicide. Movember is committed to changing the lives of men all over the world and has been an inspiration to me as I've grown as a man.
I served as both the Director of Philanthropy for my fraternity as well as an ambassador for the Movember Foundation during my time at the University of Oregon. Holding these positions taught me valuable lessons of leadership, selflessness, and teamwork. To this day, I continue to stay connected to Movember, assisting the foundation's efforts with the Sigma Nu Alumni Network.
